Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end process for tenders, expressions of interest, and other proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the tender process from initial enquiry to final submission.
- Assist in developing bid content and ensure adherence to disciplined bid processes.
- Proofread, edit, and write documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission.
- Ensure all written communications are precise, detailed, and professionally formatted.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Align activities with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Support business development and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the industry.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organised and level-headed under pressure.
- Commitment to high-performance culture and collaborative teamwork.
- Exceptional time management skills.
