Job Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join our regional team as a Bid Coordinator. This role involves managing the workflow of current tenders, preparing materials for bids, and reporting on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tender preparation and bid management by coordinating with internal teams, reviewing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Maintain customer relations by responding to queries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tender submissions and contract management is essential.
  • Australian or New Zealand location is preferred but not necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have autonomous working skills, intermediate MS office skills, excellent communication abilities, and teamwork skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or industry experience is desirable.
