Our organisation is a global leader in the science sector, delivering value to key stakeholders through premium brands and innovative technologies.

This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and supports the Australia & New Zealand Healthcare business with administrative tasks, coordination, and maintenance of all tenders. The position also involves dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

  • Preparation and lodgement of tender submissions in accordance with RFT guidelines.
  • Implementation of new contracts and ongoing reporting for successful tenders.
  • Coordination of tender submissions with relevant departments and management of submission deadlines.
  • Utilisation of supplier catalogues, online databases, and other resources to cross-reference products meeting customer quoting requirements. Suggest alternative products when items are not readily available.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks to manage successful lodgements.
  • Management of existing contracts to ensure KPIs and contractual obligations are met throughout their duration.
  • Liaison with commercial teams to maintain transparency on activities with customers and communicate any required actions or follow-ups.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with contracts and/or coordination experience.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer and contract documents.
  • Understanding of financial analysis and reports.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and word document compilation, with an ability to write proposals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
