About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a Bid Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Mulgrave. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and preparing bid and tender submissions, managing contract documentation, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects. Working closely with sales, finance, and operations, you'll play a key part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely submission of all bid-related activities. This is a full-time position, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender submission process, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
  • Prepare, format, and review bid documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update records in ERP systems (Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
  • Manage contract administration, including invoicing and compliance tracking
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to gather input and align bid strategies
  • Track stock movements and order commitments where required to support accurate proposals

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in bid/tender coordination (essential)
  • Strong administration, document management, and compliance governance skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Dynamics 365 highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
