About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available for a Tender & Contract Maintenance Coordinator to join a well-established international manufacturing organisation based in Mulgrave.
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating tender submissions, managing contract maintenance processes, and ensuring the accuracy of stock movements and invoicing.
Working closely with sales, finance, and operations, you'll play a vital part in supporting the business to deliver on key projects.
This is a full-time position, with an immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate tender submissions and ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met Manage contract maintenance processes and prepare accurate invoicing Maintain and update records in ERP systems (Dynamics highly regarded) Track and report on stock movements to align with orders and commitments Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations Skills & Experience: Proven tender coordination experience (essential) Strong administration and process governance skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Dynamics highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Benefits: Companywide bonus scheme and annual leave loading Onsite parking and supportive team environment Opportunities for cross-training within the business About the Company:Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand.
