We are seeking a results-driven individual to spearhead our commercial tendering efforts.

This strategic role will oversee the development and execution of end-to-end tendering processes, targeting high-value contracts with government departments, educational institutions, and corporate customers across various sectors.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and streamlined processes to drive business growth in a rapidly evolving landscape.

A highly motivated self-starter with strong commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for complex procurement processes is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead a commercial team's tendering capability from scratch
  • Pursue and identify procurement opportunities across government and enterprise sectors
  • Coordinate responses for RFQs, RFPs, and other tender formats
  • Develop tailored pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate and ensure all responses meet compliance, legal, and submission requirements
  • Manage internal workflows and documentation for timely submissions
  • Analyze tender outcomes, report on performance, and implement improvements to increase win rates
  • Collaborate with broader departments to drive commercial outcomes
Requirements:
  • University degree in commerce, business, or a related field
  • Experience in commercial sales, business development, or a related field
