The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Tender Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team. This full-time role supports the Southern Construction Region, working closely with the Tender Manager, Senior Tender Coordinator, and various stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare tenders, including developing content plans, timelines, and facilitating workshops.
  • Gather and collate information from managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for tenders.
  • Draft, format, and proofread technical and non-technical content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain prequalification portals and update resource libraries (CVs, project sheets, testimonials).
  • Monitor and distribute tender alerts and assist with business development and admin tasks.
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in tender or bid coordination, with skills in writing and collating submission content.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, plus working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial.
