Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Graduate Tender and Graphics Coordinator to join our team in the utilities sector. This is the perfect role for a recent, energised graduate superstar wanting to kick start their career

This role is responsible for coordinating and developing high-quality, compelling, and compliant tender submissions for infrastructure, services, and framework contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent project coordination abilities, and thrive on creating striking graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Pre-Contracts and Proposals Lead in coordinating the end-to-end tender process, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Write, edit, design and format tender responses, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements and company branding.
  • Preparations of graphics.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and business development to gather content and develop accurate, tailored responses.
  • Maintain a central library of pre-written content, templates, case studies, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in developing storyboards, win themes, and bid strategies.
  • Review tender documentation (RFIs, RFPs, EOIs) to extract key deliverables and submission requirements.
  • Ensure that all submissions meet quality, technical, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document formatting.
  • Familiarity with government procurement and tendering processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Knowledge of the utilities (water, energy, infrastructure) sector.
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., InDesign, CRM systems, bid portals).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
