Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage inbound and outbound call enquiries with clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage their relationships, including crafting welcome emails for new clients
  • Support clients by providing accurate information on our services and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
  • Draft and send client communications as needed
  • Handle chat and email enquiries from clients and colleagues alike
  • Respond to phone calls from internal partners and provide excellent support to meet their needs
  • Apply effective problem-solving skills and time management strategies in our client-facing operations
  • Address any additional service-related queries that may arise and be assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced call centre environment
  • Strong knowledge of insurance or banking products and familiarity with investment platforms and wrap services (desired)
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about resolving questions and providing top-notch support via phone interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive attitude to deliver results consistently
