Job Description

This is a role for an individual who can deliver exceptional support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients, handle all enquiries at the counter and over the phone
  2. Cover reception duties, including booking appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
  3. Liaise extensively with clients of varying needs, cultures and ages
  4. Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  5. Support clinicians in providing clinical services by identifying client needs and offering advice
Requirements
  1. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks
  2. Intermediate computer literacy and experience with mobile technology
