Exercise Specialist

We are seeking an individual to deliver high-quality client outcomes using science and evidence-based methods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for strength training and a desire to help clients achieve their fitness goals.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Exercise Scientist to join our team at our Gold Coast clinic. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients on the training floor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting strength assessments and developing exercise prescriptions for clients.
  • Providing expert advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
  • Developing and implementing exercise plans for clients, including athletes and individuals looking to recover from injury.
  • Assessing and reassessing client goals and progress.
  • Completing administrative duties and ensuring high-quality service in accordance with our standards.

Requirements

The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field, along with valid working rights in Australia. First Aid & CPR Certification, a Working with Children Check, and a National Police Check are also required.
