Your Role As our Client Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role inliaising with our new client leads andshapingthe client experience from the very beginning.
You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new clients.
Your outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to empathise will be instrumental in delivering a modern and exceptional client onboarding experience.
Responsibilities Respond to new client requests and enquiries via chat/SMS, email and phone.
Apply a sales/conversion focus to appropriate inbound new client leads and convert those leads into new clients.
Serve as the main point of contact forpotential andnew clients and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
Ensure potential and new clients feel heard, supported and informed.
Assess claim viability under supervision.
Educatepotential andnew clients about our firm and the services that we can provide.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding interviews to gather relevant information and understand the specific needs and expectations of new clients.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new clients, providing them with the necessary resources, introductions, and support to get started with our firm.
Maintain an organised client database, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with legal regulations.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise your processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
Requirements A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a professional services firm.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to recognise client needs and understand their pain points.
Proficiency in general office technology Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and handle multiple workflow streams simultaneously.
