About Your Role
You will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving sales growth in Victoria.
As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring state sales targets are met on a regular basis.
You will develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and maintain strong market presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in Victoria by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective strategies to capture them
- Ensure state sales targets are met on a regular basis by monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and maintain strong market presence
- Regularly review the team's customer portfolio to ensure an optimal mix of customers
- Collaborate with State Managers to develop innovative offers for the sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive sales and profit growth
- Provide training and coaching to the team to ensure clarity on job expectations
- Explore new business opportunities and build partnerships with stockists
About You
- You have extensive experience as a Sales Manager in a rapidly growing SME
- You have a solid track record of business growth and profitability
- You possess strong commercial acumen and can interpret sales data
- You can apply market intelligence to sales strategy
- You can research and present ideas to Senior Management
- You have excellent negotiation, solution selling, and stakeholder management skills
- You have strong computer and analytical skills
