Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Risk Assurance & Insurance, you will spearhead the implementation of Serco's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across our APAC division. This includes leading risk management, compliance audits, quality assurance, business continuity planning, crisis management, and corporate insurance programs.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in a lead role, working in compliance, risk management, assurance & insurance
  • Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in ISO standards
  • Excellent people leadership skills with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
