Job Overview:

  • Tech Security Expertise: We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Risk Manager in our Group Risk and Compliance Team. This role involves providing tech risk advisory, review, challenge, oversight, and monitoring over information security and data risk frameworks and their operationalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tech Risk Framework Oversight - Ensure that Information Security Risks (technology and cyber) and Data risks are adequately managed through Cuscal's frameworks in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • 2nd Line Review and Challenge - Conduct regular reviews and challenges of risk/RiC assessments, adequacy and effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies, controls, and action plans implemented by 1st line teams.
  • Emerging Tech Risk Management - Identify potential risks from emerging technologies and support Cuscal teams in adopting new technologies safely and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to technology risk management.

Risk Reporting & Analytics: Provide valuable insights derived from technology and data risk reporting to the Board and Executive Leadership Team.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring technology risks are effectively identified, assessed, managed, and monitored across Cuscal.
