Job Overview

This is a key opportunity to contribute to the success of Macquarie Group as a Business Analyst, working closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance risk management across the organization.

The Role

You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting the delivery of a strategic digital program aimed at further enhancing risk management capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements to shape and deliver solutions that support staff in effectively managing risk.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and communicate business requirements for digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with digital projects.

About the Risk Management Group

You will be part of an independent function responsible for reviewing and challenging Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
