About the Role:

In a rapidly changing climate, businesses are facing unprecedented risks and shifts in their models. To adapt and thrive, companies must respond to the needs of climate-impacted consumers and markets.

As a Principal Consultant at Environmental Resources Management, you will work with clients as a subject matter expert, leading teams and managing project budgets. You will be a trusted advisor, helping businesses integrate climate strategy into sustainability, risk management, and corporate processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in climate risk and strategy, including physical and transition risk assessment, scenario analysis, financial analysis, and adaptation strategy. They will also have extensive experience in leading project teams on end-to-end project delivery, including stakeholder facilitation, executive presentations, and quality assurance. Additionally, they will have a high level of familiarity and proven experience with climate disclosure regimes, including TCFD, ASRS, and CSRD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project teams and manage project budgets
- Develop and implement climate risk management strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their climate-related risks and opportunities
- Provide expert advice on climate-related matters
