Westpac is a leading company in the AU financial sector with a rich history of over 200 years. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Reporting to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Model Risk Management, governance, compliance, regulatory or related risk function.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on the individual's qualifications and experience. As a Senior Analyst, Reporting at Westpac, you will be responsible for leading the model triage process, ensuring that all models are properly classified and registered according to the new Model Risk Policy and Standard.

You will also develop tracking for the transition of models to the new Policy and Standard, including migration of model registrations, independent validations, and key model risk metrics. Additionally, you will assist in building artefacts to aid the business in adopting the new Policy and Standard, such as documentation of new templates, Standard Operating Procedures, as well as education and training tools.

The ideal candidate will have advanced level skills in MS Excel, R or Tableau, and experience with Model Risk Governance tools. JUNO experience is desirable, as well as financial sector experience. If you're passionate about creating better futures together, we want to hear from you
