Job Description

This role involves providing top-notch client service, ensuring seamless operational support, and driving strategic projects to enhance the client experience. You will work closely with sales/relationship managers, internal business partners, and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client portfolios, ensure timely responses to queries, and coordinate communication with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Onboarding/Transitions: Act as primary client contact, project manager for onboarding new clients, and lead coordinator for implementation of change management events.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to plans and projects to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in a previous Client Service role within Asset Management
  • Experience of providing excellent client service to clients in Australia
  • Educated to Bachelor degree level
  • Good understanding of investment products and concepts
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and complete tasks that have high visibility
