Competitive Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, in the range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.

About the Role

As our new Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, representing the practice with excellence. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through all forms of communication, ensuring a positive interaction between clients and the practice. In addition to this, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice while collaborating with the allied health team and management.

  • To offer administrative assistance to clients, contractors, and employees of TLC.
  • To foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and all staff and management at TLC.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, possessing excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Additionally, we require:

  • Accurate typing speed of 40wpm.
  • Knowledge and operation of standard office equipment.
  • Current understanding of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, prioritizing, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • A strong focus on customer service orientation and teamwork.
