About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Wait Service Professional to join our team at Allens Operations Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Catering team, you will provide exceptional wait service for clients in our boardrooms, ensuring a professional and memorable experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality corporate wait services for all boardroom bookings and events, exceeding client expectations;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs and requests;
  • Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organization of all boardrooms, ensuring they are ready for client arrival times;
  • Organize and coordinate catering for internal meetings and client events, ensuring seamless execution;
  • Clear and refresh boardrooms after events or meetings, restoring them to their original state;
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables and service items in the kitchen and boardrooms, preventing shortages and waste;
  • Train agency staff as required, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency across the team;
  • Contribute to basic administrative tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the team;

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities;
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Previous barista experience and knowledge of local and international food and wine varieties, with a keen eye for detail;
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others, driving personal and professional development;
