We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional Front Office Client Service Support, assisting with administration duties in the daily running of our office.

Becoming a key member of our Client Services Team, you will work in a positive and autonomous environment, engaging with clients through various channels, managing office logistics, client reviews, and workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system and participating in ad-hoc projects.

To excel in this role, you should possess above-average customer service skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under deadlines. You must also be a team player with self-initiative, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
