Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our administration team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with purchasing processes, general retail operations and liaise with customers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and complete end-of-month accounts, reconcile statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, banking and reconciling.
  • Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of Excel and Word.
