As a Strategic Business Growth Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving business growth objectives by managing and developing relationships within our Real Estate team. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and Strategy and other senior managers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain a large portfolio of potential accounts and deliver high-frequency sales results.
- Utilize your network, account leads, and targeted research insights to secure business or interest from small accounts in a designated region or industry.
- Assist senior colleagues specializing in various markets and industries with deal process aspects to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
- Stay informed about market developments, trends, competitors' positioning, and contract status to identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
- A valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.
