About the Role

Mirvac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our assets across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accurate lease related information and high-quality data input in all systems
  • Deliver memorable and rewarding experiences to our customers
  • Build collaborative relationships with asset teams and attend meetings as required
  • Responsible for accurate data input of all lease related information and collation of associated documentation
  • Perform monthly rent up and invoicing responsibilities for the assets
  • Complete all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews for the assets in accordance with lease requirements and relevant state legislation
  • Conduct lease audits and produce lease related correspondence to retailers/operators and distribution to the asset teams where required
  • Assist the asset teams with Capex related processes and raise work and purchase orders for the assets
  • Match supplier invoices for review, approval and payment for the assets
  • Assist with daily receipting and debt collection for the assets and assist with month-end procedures in accordance with the finance timetable
  • Drive improvements and maximise efficiency of administration related procedures
  • Work collaboratively with national teams to deliver Retail divisional initiatives and contribute to the implementation of the Retail strategy
  • Adhere to Mirvac policies and procedures and internal reporting deadlines and provide accurate and high-quality outputs
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated account reconciliation and administration skills
  • High level of IT proficiency and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and the legal obligations of the asset
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems and exceptional communication skills
