As a Portfolio Administration Manager, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding support to assets across the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building collaborative relationships with asset teams, delivering a consistent service, and attending meetings as required;
  • Responsible for accurate data input of all lease-related information and collation of associated documentation;
  • Achieving 100% accuracy of each asset's Tenancy Schedule;
  • Achieving > 95% data accuracy in Salesforce;
  • Performing monthly rent up and invoicing responsibilities for the assets;
  • Completing all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews for the assets in accordance with lease requirements and relevant state legislation;
  • Conducting lease audits;
  • Production of lease-related correspondence to retailers/operators and distribution to the asset teams where required;
  • Assisting the asset teams with Capex-related processes;
  • Raising work and purchase orders for the assets;
  • Matching supplier invoices for review, approval, and payment for the assets;
  • Where required, assisting with daily receipting and debt collection for the assets;
  • Assisting with month-end procedures in accordance with the finance timetable;
  • Driving improvements and maximising efficiency of administration-related procedures;
  • Working collaboratively with national teams to deliver Retail divisional initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of the Retail strategy;
  • Adhering to Mirvac policies and procedures and internal reporting deadlines and providing accurate and high-quality outputs, and quick responses to requests for information about the assets;
  • Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required.
