Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Administration Coordinator who is wanting to build upon and leverage their administrative skills to join the Membership Operations department. The Operations team supports in the delivery of services to members, handling administration related to writer and publisher members and assisting with queries regarding royalties, statements and data.
The role is based at APRA AMCOS HQ, reporting to Jessica McDonald, Manager - Administration (Membership Operations) and is suitable for any individual with a pro-active nature, strong team commitment, and the ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly. The focus will be to provide high quality support to the Membership Division and management to ensure the smooth daily administrative operations of the group at a task level.
This role will include:
- Administrative support for APRA AMCOS membership databases
- Creation of statistical information and reports
- Performing a variety of administrative duties, which may including researching member activity, tracking additions to playlists, organising electronic and paper files and other pertinent data
Ideally you will have:
- Minimum one-year working experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal literacy skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team
