We are seeking a seasoned Employment Law expert to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. This role will play a pivotal part in our member engagement strategy, providing high-quality legal advice and advocacy services across all aspects of employment law.
">About this Role">The successful candidate will be responsible for offering strategic legal guidance to our members on a wide range of employment relations matters, including disciplinary issues, performance-related concerns, terminations, EEO, discrimination, health and safety, equal opportunity, and diversity.
">Key Responsibilities">- Provide expert employment law advice to our members;
- Advocate on behalf of our members in employment disputes;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and regulations;
- Deep understanding of employment law and its application;
- Excellent advocacy and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
