
Senior Employment Law Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced lawyers to join our in-house legal team. As a senior member of the team, you will provide expert advice on industrial instruments and collective bargaining agreements.
The successful candidate will have top or mid-tier employment law advisory experience into large ASX companies. The position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
We are looking for a lawyer with strong analytical and communication skills who can work effectively in a team environment. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, including common law contracts, unlawful termination and performance management, as well as industrial relations and workplace health and safety.
You will be responsible for providing advice on enforceability and interpretation of industrial instruments and collective bargaining agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-advancing role in a leading organization.
