About the Role

This position involves advising on a wide range of employment law matters, including litigation, regulatory issues, policy development and complex case management.

  • Advise on employment disputes, represent the organisation in tribunals and courts, and oversee external counsel where required.
  • Partner with HR leaders, executives, and external advisors to deliver high-quality legal solutions that support business objectives.
  • Contribute to key projects, transactions and strategic initiatives with employment law implications.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in employment law, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance technical legal expertise with practical advice. They must be able to provide guidance on employment legislation and regulations, and have experience in managing employee relations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement employment law strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters, and for identifying and mitigating potential risks. Your strong understanding of employment law and your ability to communicate effectively will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
