Employment Law Specialist Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned Employment Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne and contribute to the growth of our corporate division.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with internal clients to provide advice on a range of employment matters, including industrial relations, OH&S, and dispute resolution.

Main Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance on employee entitlements and develop comprehensive employment agreements & contracts, as well as enterprise bargaining agreements.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and provide strategic advice on employment law issues.
- Oversee general OH&S matters, including conflict resolution related to employment disputes.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a qualification in Employment Law or Industrial Relations Law.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in a senior advisory role, with a strong attention to detail.
- Have business consulting experience advising managers on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and misconduct matters.
