">The Melbourne Employment team is looking to recruit a talented Junior Lawyer or Graduate Lawyer to handle a broad array of employment matters. As an Employment Law Specialist, you will work with the premier Melbourne Employment team that provides the full range of workplace relations and employment law services. The team advises some of Australia's leading corporations and businesses on general employment law, compliance and regulatory matters, corporate related matters, discrimination, WHS, modern slavery, industrial relations advice and a variety of litigious employment matters.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful for this role, you must have 0.5 -1.5 years' PAE gained ideally from another reputable practice or suitable in-house space, covering a broad range of Employment matters. You will have experience in preparing contracts and policies, restructuring advice and representation in disputes, supply chain transparency, labour law compliance and modern slavery in local and global supply chains. You will also have the ability to develop industrial relations strategies and make enterprise agreements, represent in disputes, and advise on work health and safety issues.
