As a Senior Employment Law Specialist, you will work closely with a highly respected team, managing high-profile matters and providing tailored legal advice across various industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling employment, discrimination, and industrial relations issues;
- Managing clients across sectors such as health, education, construction, manufacturing, and finance;
- Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results;
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years' post-admission experience in employment law;
- Exposure to industrial relations and enterprise bargaining;
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing deadlines;
- Solid understanding of the complexities of employment law.
