Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join our team, working closely with experienced partners to provide expert advice on a diverse range of employment law matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Litigation in the Fair Work Commission, tribunals, and courts
  • Workplace investigations and whistleblower disclosures
  • Employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions
  • Contracts, policies, and industrial relations matters
  • Workplace change, performance management, and terminations
  • Workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have 4-7 years post qualified experience in employment law, including experience in advisory and litigation matters. You should be an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be recognised and rewarded.

You will have strong drafting and advice writing skills, superior analytical and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively with clients, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
