Employment Law Specialist

Our Melbourne office seeks a seasoned Employment Law expert to fill this key position. This opportunity demands someone with extensive experience in Employment Law, encompassing both front-end and back-end aspects.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional drafting, advisory, problem-solving, workplace investigation, training delivery, and solicitor-advocacy skills. Efficiency and diligence are crucial hallmarks of our practice that the ideal applicant should embody.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage Employment Law matters from start to finish without supervision
- Directly engage with sophisticated clients
- Draft contracts and provide guidance on legislative provisions related to Employment Law matters and Employee Relations
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations and offer dispute resolution and litigation services
- At least 10 years PQE in Employment Law and Workplace Relations within a mid-tier or large private practice environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and plain English communication abilities
