About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to oversee an established customer base across Melbourne metro and the southeast corridor. The customer base encompasses private gardens, councils, golf courses, domestic and commercial agri-businesses, as well as extensive dealer networks.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships and foster trust. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an 'on-the road' territory or relationship manager type role is required, with previous knowledge or experience in irrigation, horticulture, farming, landscaping, or similar being highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Nurturing and supporting the needs of a mature, loyal, and established customer base
  • Building relationships and fostering trust with customers
  • Managing an established customer base across Melbourne metro and the southeast corridor
