Job Title: Territory Business Manager for Peripheral Intervention

We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and sales of Peripheral Intervention products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market data to develop measurable objectives and drive sales performance.
  • Manage product mix to achieve business goals.
  • Review and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Exercise effective time management and territory planning.
  • Maintain accurate account and territory records through Salesforce.
  • Ensure maximum coverage of accounts within the designated geographic area.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage consignment and inventory stock according to company policies.
  • Develop and maintain professional selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a proactive approach to self-development and progression.
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in surgical or medical device sales is essential.
  • A background in Vascular/Interventional space is highly advantageous.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to execute a profitable business plan.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of results-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously with resilience and a positive mindset.
