Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing technical based training programs that support employee growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs that meet the needs of our employees and business stakeholders.
  • Align with Organisational Goals: Collaborate with teams to align the learning and development framework with organisational goals and industry trends.
  • Manage Learning Systems: Manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship: Possession of Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Tech Background: A strong technical background in data centres, electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC would be highly desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
