About the Role

The Technical Training Specialist will work within our Learning & Development team to design, deliver, and manage technical based training programs that support employee growth and career development.

This role is dedicated to maximising CDC's investment in areas like employee engagement, promotions, apprenticeships, and cross-functional transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, administer, and enhance the CDC Academy's curriculum, resources, and delivery methods.
  • Align the learning and development framework with organisational goals and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical based L&D solutions addressing specific business needs.
  • Manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.
  • Provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors around technical capabilities into the CDC Academy.
  • Track training materials and competency signoffs to ensure compliance and accountability.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business and external stakeholders to achieve learning strategy outcomes.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
