Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager at Aus Kitchen, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom office. This includes managing enquiries, maintaining filing systems, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry and word processing.
Key Tasks:
- Manage the showroom office and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and invoices
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate suppliers and deliveries for projects
- Update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Assist colleagues with tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. You should also have a proven track record of experience in office administration, and be familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Additionally, you should have excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.).
