About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Keegan Adams Recruitment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Financial Management: Assist with invoice processing, expense management, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • HR Support: Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage company events, forums, and scheduling to support business activities.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on punctuality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a changing workload, meet deadlines, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonus, as well as a range of benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, focused on employee well-being and career development.
