**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining office systems, supervising office/admin staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain office systems, procedures, and operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage office/admin staff, including recruiting, selecting, and training employees as needed.
  • Financial Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including price books, financial bank needs, and EOM reconciliations.
  • Payroll and HR: Process payroll, manage superannuation, ATO declarations, and payroll tax, as well as handle HR functions such as recruitment, phone screening, and maintaining employee files.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in office management, staff supervision, and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to balance multiple responsibilities, and experience with MYOB and payroll processing.
