Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk team to provide warm and welcoming experiences for owners and guests
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including registration, information provision, and completion of departmental paperwork
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to ensure efficient and effective communication
  • Perform additional duties to support the Front Office Manager and contribute to the overall success of the resort

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional vacation experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (e.g., Hirum, Fidelio, Opera)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
