Key Responsibilities

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist guests with requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide directions to hotel facilities
  • Multi-task and prioritize jobs to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
  • Strong computer and numeracy skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail
