Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including guest registration, information provision, and departmental paperwork.
- Utilize communication equipment, such as telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to facilitate guest interactions and resolve issues.
- Perform additional duties to support the Front Office Manager and ensure seamless resort operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort position.
- Genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
- High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) is advantageous.
- Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
