Job Title: Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships that enhance our Everyday Rewards program.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of commercial and strategic business experience, including 5+ years managing complex partnerships. They will possess a proven ability to influence and build relationships with executive stakeholders, as well as strong communication skills and commercial acumen.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage customers through partner program integration and experiences.
  • Drive revenue growth by diversifying sales streams.
  • Manage partnership operations, track ROI, and optimize profitability.
  • Develop joint business plans and create proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee partnership performance and resolve operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of commercial and strategic business experience.
  • 5+ years managing complex partnerships.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
