Job Summary:

Hudson Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations and Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our practices, ensuring efficient workflows, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple practices, ensuring efficient workflows, and implementing process improvements to increase productivity.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to maximize productivity, handle financial management tasks, including billing, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and support a team of administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment, and developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including infection control, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in operations management or office management, with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Financial Management: Financial management experience, including budgeting, invoicing, and accounts management.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
