Key Responsibilities- Practice Operations: Oversee the management of our practice, including staff supervision, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our front office team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Develop and implement local area marketing initiatives to drive new patient growth and practice expansion.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process refinement and implement innovative strategies to enhance patient experiences and staff productivity.
- Experience: Proven track record in practice management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in dental software (OASIS) an advantage.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in business administration, dental management, or a related field.
