Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Canberra Clinic, ACT, on a Full-Time basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in growing the clinic and leading its day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and liaise with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor accounts, budgets, and finance management, as well as information technology.
- Lead and manage administration and nursing staff, providing training, mentoring, and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients.
- Develop and implement business strategies to promote the clinic's Occupational Health services.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the medical industry, preferably in General Practice or Occupational Health.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using medical software is highly desirable, but training will be provided.
