Job Description

Our esteemed client, a leading private organization, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge security solutions across diverse platforms. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security practices and incident response capabilities, leveraging your expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform security strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, with a strong background in security fundamentals, asset management, identity and access management, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in securing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS SQL.
  • Expertise in logging and monitoring tools, including syslog, Windows events, and Splunk.
  • Experience with system-level hardening of VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX-T, and Aria Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
